Staff couldn't speak English well. Many rooms were out of heat or hot water. My cousin had to move three times because of no water or no hot water. We chose to stay in the original room because of trouble in moving so we had to shower at other room because our room did not have hot water. Breakfast is minimal. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I canceled the later part of reservation after we returned from Bolivia. Don't go there.

There is a Wong Supermarket right across the street for buying water, fruits and snacks. The hotel would have been great if the property is kept up.

Staff not fluent with English. Heater does not work so don't even plan to be there in winter. No hot water and no water is totally unacceptable.
